Pros
Really great team of people. Owners are very involved in the company activities and spend time with employees. They obviously care. Admin staff is best I've ever seen at any company. Their onboarding process is seamless.
Cons
The only negative is they don't have enough presence of prime contracts with good rates. So you might land a job there on a good contract. But don't expect to have other choices. They are continually submitting proposals and hopefully this will change for them. There was talk of awarded proposals but the company never made an announcement. So I can't say if they've succeeded in winning any or not.
