Cons
Management is over eager for profitability rather than long term asset building and investment in loyal and efficient employees. Means management is so eagar for short term gains that they will overlook more important things like proper work distribution, listening and resolving employee problems, dividing responsibilities decisively. Rather than taking currupt employees head on they surrender to them just out of insecurity of employees leaving. Giving proper diplomatic statements to employee concerns and doing nothing in action. Dilly dallying about uncomfortable issues. They would look for profitability in short or long term first before anything. Painting grey or black in white just to avoid uncomfortable issues. Work here is generally brought from a contractor and not direct client, so its not usually of high quality and because the billing is low employees are always underpaid. Whatever be the issue it will be delayed till you get frustrated with it and leave the issue yourself.
