Pros
SunTec is an inspiring story that has not been told enough. To build an Enterprise Software product company at a time when India was at best known for body shopping IT services, from a tier 2 city and then to acquire a client base across the world while competing with well established companies from across the globe is an amazing and inspiring story. And I had really exciting and fulfilling 2.5 years at SunTec. The company has a great vision in a domain that it is a pioneer of and is marching towards realising the vision. There are many positives but most striking one is that "one is never alone while solving a problem". Culture is very people centric, policies are made and executed keeping best interest of employees in mind and Founder is well connected with teams at all levels. I recommend SunTec to anyone who wants to make a difference , elevate skill levels at a rapid pace and be part of a very very bright future.
