      Pros

      The employee base at Sunlink is very solid - no drama or politics.

      Cons

      While worked there the Company seemed poorly managed. The mgmt had good ideas and would discuss with staff but nothing seemed to change - or changed very slowly. The industry was moving faster and Sunlink was left behind.

      Pros

      Some of the people are really great (most have left though). The warehouse location in San Leandro is spacious. Basic 9-5 40h/w

      Cons

      It used to be so much better. Now it's a toxic environment. The new CEO (officially took over 1/1/2015) is very condescending and difficult to work with. Over the next few months SEVERAL higher ups left because he was horrible to deal with. The CEO even rejected some of their 2-week notices. "If you don't want to be here, we don't want you here. You have 2 days and you're gone."
