Pros

They do give their sales reps free leads. Minimal oversight for sales reps. Minimum salary or commission. Trustworthy sales director.

Cons

The job was inconsistent and unpredictable. Months of the CEO sending weekly emails that “this would be the week” we would gets the leads right. Poor leads. Potential customers had been lied to get them to have a sales conversation. The same was encouraged of sales people. Received partial paycheck for last pay period, and no payment for installs beyond employment for jobs already sold. (1099 employee)

Pros

If you want to go bankrupt, this is the job for you! They will let you live on the street before paying you commission.

Cons

Everything! Advertised as $100,000-$250,000. You will qualify for WIC with the salary you actually get. They always move when you will see commission and then fire people right before they get it. They fire people weekly. Armatures with no experience provide bad sales leads. One person has ever received commission.
