Pros
Very easy to get promoted but it’s all about who you know and I was fairly new on site. Schedule kept getting pushed back but people were nice out there.
Cons
Management and people had favorites and it was up to their discretion who they took along with them.i was apprentice so I should be traveling with the company but nothing of the sort happened.
