Pros
Stable, if you looking for something slow and steady, this is the place. The career path can be vague sometimes. The business units tend to operate as separate companies, some better than others.
Cons
Benefits package has eroded over the years. At one time it was quite good, now it's not much better than what would be available on the open market.
