None I can think of unless you are in the right click. Great job if you have a plan to use a a stepping stone for another position elsewhere
Cons
Very mismanaged since going public and severing ties with Sunoco. Poor training, constant churn from top down. That is their business model. Do not expect to stay for long haul if in management. Poor work life balance, difficult work environment with unrealistic expectations. Very young and inexperienced middle management that sometimes seems to be shooting from the hip.
