Pros

Unlimited vacation, flexible work hours (for most departments), friendly co-workers.

Cons

The work/life balance is nearly non-existent which is fine if you don't have a lot going on outside of work, but for most people it's a little much. I work 9 1/2 hour days and call it a luxury to take a 30 min lunch. They have a whole committee for diversity and inclusion which is bent on supporting minorities, lgbtq, etc. But honestly those discussions just turn into how white people suck. Sorry, how is that "inclusive"? People have openly made jabs at other religions and political viewpoints IN COMPANY PRESENTATIONS. As a private company they have the right to take a stance, but DON'T call it "inclusivity."
