The staff I worked was great.

There was no room for growth within the company.

At first ,the hotel was owned by a other company. The vibe of the hotel was rather filthy so they decided to remodel and revamp. Unfortunately , in the end that ended in the whole front desk staff being eliminated. This is not really a pro but info.
