Pros
The people, in general, are good people doing their best. There is a sense of change- can be exciting place to work at times. Ownership is highly encouraged. Flexible with Covid.
Cons
Sun-Maid has bitten off more than they can chew. Prioritization is challenging for Upper Management, who is trying to do everything to achieve unrealistic, lofty expectations. Lack of trust for employees- constantly needing to defend & justify which takes time away from doing our job. Despite great growth, there is a sense of things are never good enough. Makes it hard to feel valued and appreciated.
