Not the same company it used to be - Manager Sun Communities Employee Review

Upper managment has changed so much over the last year or two that they have lost touch with the site workers. They talk about having our backs but the budgets are unrealistic. Our new area manager is full of himself that its his way or the highway. You can tell that morale is at an all time low. Money must be tight now because we are all on a spending freeze Not sure how we are to take care of the pro9perty if we cant spend any money. Not the first time either. Our team has been cut to, they wont fill all the positions that are open.
