      Pros

      Too many to list, decent base pay with free housing, free utilities and opportunity to make $$$ by selling homes.

      Cons

      Amount of work on top of selling houses and running the office, entertaining the residents and keeping an eye on your staff. When you live on site…you’re “always at work” so that can be an issue if you don’t set boundaries right away.
