      Public relations and really enjoy the apartment business.

      Cons

      From ledger posting to all computer although it is much easier. I really have no complaints about the business because I am learning at the same time. I have been through new contruction, rehab, upgrade etc. And like it all!

      Great perks and culture at the Main Office. A lot of collaboration with other teams. Transparent.

      With any publicly traded company, a lot of approvals needed for certain things.
