      Work for a fun brand

      Cons

      Weak leadership, observed discrimination against race, age, sex, and even weight. They do not pay well. Directors are not seasoned, but feel entitled to boss lowers around. Marketing department has high turnover, low morale due to toxic leadership of VP and above level.

      Pros

      Pretty laid back. Fun culture for those that have fun jobs. Any one in a behind the scenes role in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, etc. have to work super hard so the marketing and event people can play, travel and surf at lunch.

      Cons

      Pretty laid back is not good for business. No accountability. Executive team is in denial there is a culture problem even though lots of people have left in the past couple months. People with little experience or only experience at Sun Bum get promoted super easily and have egos and think they know everything.
