Business outlook
Pros
Great working environment and supportive of a good work-life balance. For Brand manager it is a very interesting place to work since it's very brand focusing and onws a very interesting set of brands. Provides interesting training opportunities.
Cons
Sometimes slower rythim due to very large structure and long decision process. Compared with multinationals the wages, at least for low and mid management positions is not competitive.
