      Still has quality products and the business is stable. People are friendly in small groups but there is too much bragging when there are good results and avoid talking when things go bad.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great and many people still there because they can't get job at another company. Internal politics is a mess.

      The location of the company is hard to get there by public transportation.

      Remote-friendly, direct contact with the superiors which facilitated communication

      Cons

      Somewhat hard to work with, team has no idea of design yet want to be making every design decision. Won't take the designers seriously. Frustrating which eventually led to me having to leave.
