      Pros

      Pleasant place to work. Staff are friendly and loyal to one another at the school level. Community support is strong

      Cons

      Nepotism, miscommunication at central office. treat employees unprofessionally at times. School board has several members that don't have a clue about education. Even some of the well meaning ones are not appropriate to serve on this body.

      Pros

      Love my job. At my school, administration is very hands off and lets you support the standards in the best way you see fit. We have been able to do so many fun lessons that promote ELA , Math, Science, and Social Studies standards.
