Communication is almost non-existent Issues go without being addressed When issues are finally proven it takes a while before corrected Staff is constantly changing, including in office, so they change schedules around without saying anything and you hardly ever know who you actually need to talk when something arises that needs to be discussed with appropriate office staff. Benefits are very expensive to employees.
