Pros
Great team of sales people and on air talent that made working there a better experience. Had plenty of opportunities to meet people in the community, and learned a lot about how the radio industry works.
Cons
Abusive general manager who went on frequent tirades against employees. He also made a habit of being on social media anytime you went into his office for assistance before quickly dismissing you. Sales manager made various disparaging remarks about race and other protected statuses. Managers would frequently undermine each other by speaking poorly about each other which caused further issues for staff. Sales manager does not provide adequate training.
