Pros
If you're established in the market, know businesses with money and already have relationships...you'll succeed. If you're new to the industry/market...you'll flop. It's a who you know type of world and those who have been in the business for 15 years are the ones getting paid. Great insurance.
Cons
Pay and income level was promised...but in the end...it was lies to get you in the door. They agree to a contract and then break the contract multiple times within its' time frame. It's very sad and very bad business. Most other sellers are looking elsewhere although they give the impression that they are content. Management is shady and will do whatever it takes for a buck to the company...including take it out of sellers pockets. It's all about what benefits the company...and not its' employees. They also promised many reward programs/presidents club trips and incentives...of which none were straightforward...none had the actual goals/numbers to hit and seem that they were simply a carrot dangling in front of the seller's noses.
