The best reasons to work here are the dedication from the management team, the autonomy offered for consultants, and the direct relationship of compensation to performance. The team really looks after one another and it shows based on the repeat business earned from clients.
Cons
The only things I miss about larger companies are the training opportunities but Summit2Sea will usually reimburse for any training as long as it is line with the job requirements.
