There were a couple bright spots in my coworkers.
Cons
Training was nearly nonexistent, they told me to ask questions but the people I needed to ask said questions to were never around. They have no instant messaging like Teams so it's call or go find someone. They misrepresented the job in the ad and in interviews. I was lied to about how long people were at the company for. I was told everyone had been there a year, except for the position I interviewed for, and then first day I found out that they people I was working with had only been there a few months. "We're like a family, we respect the work/life balance." I had to leave in the middle of my day for an emergency to the get emailed that it wasn't a good fit. Family is supposed to support and care, this is not a family. After I was let go and came to pick up my things I found some of my items and my box missing, I got them back but that on top of being lied to is not a good look. Not professional work environment at all, very cliquish. Salary was a joke. I took the job at the lower end of the scale because I wanted to learn. Making at least $5 less than my previous employment. I was told there was room to grow and there are zero growth opportunities. Disorganized
