-Extremely faithful to Christian faith -No masks in 90% of locations -Nice looking website -Monthly prayer meetings before business meetings -More gossip than I've ever witnessed. There's always a good story to be shared about a co worker. -Company-wide changing decisions are always a surprise

-No diversity. All White religious men. -Very high employee turnover rate during my 3 years there. Last year, secretly met and "sold off" half of the staff and sold half of the company after a meeting took place amongst a minority of the owners and then let everyone in the company know as the rumors flushed out over the next few weeks.
