      Pros

      Easy 8-5 schedule, easy work. Very minimal supervision. Hour lunch. Brand new building, free employee workout area. Air conditioned, heated.

      Cons

      Pay, management doesn't care about anyone. Youre only a number. Over heard GM complaining that he company pays for employee coffee. Bosses like to go play golf 90% of the time.
