I loved my job and the mission we did. Work hours and time off were the best part of the job.
Cons
It’s a very hostile working environment because of the local site lead. He is very aggressive towards his employees. On multiple occasions, he has made violent statements towards employees and uses intimation tactics to achieve personal gain. OSHA defines this as work place violence however the company failed to do anything to the lead when reported.
