      work is rota based and rotas change frequently. management changes every year or so and are never really there to help you but expect to give up all your spare time at the drop of a hat

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
