The ability to travel and stay in different places, meeting new people, the potential to increase monthly earnings through commission
Cons
they didn't send your travel arrangements until the day before or day of in some cases. If you didn't meet your daily sales goals (commission earnings > hourly pay) you would essentially 'owe the company'. You were responsible to train other employees and would take a pay cut while training. If you were being trained you could not earn commission off your sales.
