      Pros

      Got the picture of who and what I was dealing with fairly quickly.

      Cons

      Worked about two week period, Superintendent was supervisor, no people skills, often spoke to me out of turn, power trips, authoritarian, lazy suffers from short male syndrome. Negative never any positive feedback, showed same treatment to certain clients. Abnormally high staff turnover. Also garbage detail not really my thing. Do not recommend.

      Good options if you're in tight with upper management Decent healthcare, 401lK plan Good place to start your career, but in order to advance you'll need to move on

      Cons

      Upper management is somewhat of a problem in their favoritism towards employees No organizational processes in place to help guide employees Little chance for advancement

      Pros

      The access to the regional is a pro.

      Cons

      The fact that the regionals are so close to the HR and other employees within the offices, make it incredibly difficult to ever place a complaint. They are friends so it will not be taken seriously. There is a lot of cover up and shadiness going on in this company. I highly recommend to steer clear and be on guard. DOCUMENT everything!
