The company suffers immensely from the cultural problem of representing/flattering a fantastic product but filling its ranks with incompetent mediocrities. The TLP Education offshoot has routinely passed over genuinely skilled writers and instead hired nonentity hacks, thereby saving money in short-termist fashion (by bottoming out the salaries for these incompetent writers) yet damaging the quality of the organization’s brand.
