Parking at most Southern California sites is limited, which makes it challenging to find a spot—especially if you arrive after 8:30 AM.
The PTO policy could also use more clarity and flexibility. Currently, sick days are lumped together with general PTO, which effectively means there are no separate sick days. This setup can feel restrictive.
Additionally, the ADP platform used for HR and payroll is not user-friendly, which makes routine tasks more time-consuming than they should be.
Finally, while the work environment is engaging, it would be great to see more flexibility for remote work, especially for roles where it’s feasible.
