      You can work from home, and that is nice.

      Cons

      You will be working for people who do not care about you or the customer, the people in charge only care about making a quick dime. Your worries and concerns will never be addressed and they will fire you as soon as they can find someone who they can pay less.

      Pros

      Working from home is great, and the benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      The person who said high school clique behavior of management was correct. They will break the handbook they give you to fire you if they don't like the cut of your jib at any point. Management will be silent with overachievement and never tell you if you are doing something wrong. Communication is lacking and based on personal material sentiment. This place with chew you up and spit you out. Do not work here.
