Pros
This is a great starting point for new grads. You’ll get tons of hands on experience working with students with autism. I work with wonderful people who really care about the students! The principal really cares about his employees and the students.
Cons
The management team (above the student services director) are terrible! They are all about spending funds to look good instead of what’s best for the students. They get nice salaries while the employees doing all the hands-on work barely scrape by! They definitely do NOT pay a competitive wage!
