There can be a lot of hours at times sometimes people r required to work over time

There are no positive comments.

Poor work hours. Summit never seems to know when to bring staff in to work. Went six weeks without work. Called back for three days. Staff about 10% English and the rest Spanish. If you don't speak spanish the line lead will ignore you. Floor managers play favorites, so you know who the snitches are. Hours are like on call more than consistent full time.
