      Pros

      My position with Summit was one that I would never have left, had some personal reasons not come up. Our company President is a GREAT man for whom I admire and look up to. His "family-team" dynamic is a remarkable way to keep everyone feeling uniquely important to the company. I found Summit to be a blessing to work for.

      Cons

      Benefits could be implemented, and a draw or at least a small base salary to cover expenses until you pull your business together.

      Pros

      I love working at Summit Diagnostics. Great benefits, flexibility, and commission structure.

      Cons

      They are a smaller family oriented business, not at all a con for me, but if you are use to working for a larger organization their maybe a transitional period. You have to work hard at this job but the pay off is really great!
