      Really thorough training, really great management that are always able to help answer questions. Marketing is up to date and really useful!

      Learning Curve! If you want to work with Summit you have to be prepared to put in the time and effort!

      Pros

      My position with Summit was one that I would never have left, had some personal reasons not come up. Our company President is a GREAT man for whom I admire and look up to. His "family-team" dynamic is a remarkable way to keep everyone feeling uniquely important to the company. I found Summit to be a blessing to work for.

      Cons

      Benefits could be implemented, and a draw or at least a small base salary to cover expenses until you pull your business together.
