Pros
Great opportunities for advancement for young, driven professionals. Exposure to many different project types and some rather notable local clients. Employee contributions appreciated and effort put forth by company for recognition and training. Community conscious company.
Cons
Work/life balance out of proportions. Projects often bid for 'fast and cheap' but not necessarily 'right'. Experience can be overwhelming for very new professionals to handle possibly leading to early burnout.
