      I am very happy with my experience and everything the organization provides. Supportive work environment. Career growth opportunities. Good benefits package. Work-life balance

      Cons

      * Bilingual pay is not applied during time off or vacation… It is only added to your paycheck when you are actively working. * Working with members facing financial challenges can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere & welcoming during training period at HQ. Trainers are very knowledgeable & easily approachable. Staff at branch are also very supportive & helpful with continued training. Company as a whole is very invested in the wellness of their members & employees equally. Best decision I made in going back to financial industry after being in retail 25+ years. Summit definitely listens to their employees & is very open to many ideas on how to better the credit union. I have enjoyed company meetings & celebrations, they really keep you engaged in the networking functions or training sessions. Highly recommend.

      Some branch locations not available in certain areas. But I know we are still growing and will eventually expand.
