Supportive team with good pay but only a seasonal temp position - BOE Clerk Summit County (UT) Employee Review

Great co-workers and supervisor. Pay was very fair.

Building was old and not very climate controlled.

Every department is different but overall the county treats employees well. The health insurance is decent coverage at a low cost, there are always employee appreciation efforts, and it’s easy to move internally.

Pay is just average for how expensive it is to life in Summit County. As with any government job, there is always so much to do and not enough time
