Times are changing at Summit - Consultant Summit Consulting Employee Review

We want to thank you for your candid response. Your ongoing feedback is important to us, and crucial for Summit's sustained growth. You're right, it has been a tough quarter. Market forces have made growth difficult. And that's hard when you've been a part of a fast growing firm. We are making staffing, business development and internal policy changes to respond to changing conditions. We hope that our all-hands staff meeting this week allayed many of your concerns. Regarding recent departures, we too are sad to see some of our favorite Summiteers move on. We are so impressed with where our people are going, the important work they're doing, the impressive skills they're learning and experiences they are having. Our Summit "alumni" network is strong, as evidenced by the fact that many former employees "crash" firm happy hours and even our holiday party! We continue to be committed to diversity at all phases of the professional development cycle, from recruiting through partnership.
