Dealing with disgruntled students. Low compensation. New management has taken over, people are being fired on a regular basis, and friends (with no experience) are being brought in. All vacant positions are not being filled so employees are expected to fill in and compensate for the company being short-staffed.

None, they won't listen to you, You can't get teaching materials to teach a class.

The whole place. It's toxic, figuratively and literally.
