      Pros

      Great culture, benefits, and amazing, quality product. Summit has been making amazing beer for 30 years and the emphasis on quality is just as strong today. Co-workers are fantastic. Summit has a culture of achievement, but also of humility, cooperation, and solid ethics.

      Able to get lots of beer which was great for a college student

      Great people to work with, Lots of flexibility, free beer, company outings are fun.

      Cons

      Leadership isn’t adapting to current marketing or consumer trends. Have no money and can’t manage expenses.
