Manufacturing - Manufacturing Technician Summit Biosciences Employee Review

I was in the Pharmaceutical Development department as an intern in college and I learned from so many smart scientists. I was given projects to work on that utilized what I learned in my chemistry classes and these were what ultimately gave me useful knowledge of the industry. They were extremely flexible with my school schedule and whenever I needed to take a break.

Employee benefits are decent, I would say. Policies and procedures are structured and in place but could use improvement. Workdays go by fast because there is plenty of work to do. The work we do is important and has purpose.

Training/onboarding is poor. Management has favorites. Example - some people get away with doing things that others are reprimanded for doing. Flexibility for family/work-life balance is lacking. Not much room for career advancement opportunities.
