      free membership but that is absolutely it

      Cons

      They treat you very badly and don't give proper compensation. they make you feel like you are always in the wrong so they can pay you next to nothing. also, they expect you to jump for them at any time even when you are not working.

      Pros

      Can be a fun work environment at times, the CEO shows appreciation when management allows him to.

      Cons

      Rules for thee but not for me type mentality with management. Training needs to be a lot better. Lots of rumors among employees, but half the time they're false rumors. Young girls love to gossip.
