Summit 7 started off as a good company to work for until I constantly got lied on every day about me making mistakes when I never made the mistakes. I never received any training at all! The whole department was horrible. I got thrown into the position with no training at all. I did and learned everything on my own. If I asked a question it was a problem. I hated coming to work every day. The CEO never even acknowledged me never spoke to me. My job was threaten multiple times one time it was over a packaged!! Something I could not control! I shipped the package out and since Fed Ex was backed up and it didn’t arrive on time it was my fault that the package was late and my job was threaten. There never was a day that nothing was wrong. Every day was a bad day! No one should hate going to work that much! I do not recommend working here they are all shady
