The company benefits are good. Variable Bonus more than 2 months. And still get AWS n flexi money Work life balance They won’t fired people unless the staff did something against compliance rules (except 1 dept who has history to fired people as the boss pleased) Near mrt. Very convenient
Cons
They give opportunity to grow but not worth the salary given. You learned more, you got more things to do but your salary is small. Even got promoted also only increase very little. It’s just not worth it. The company wants everybody to get promoted almost same time. So even when you work hard, you won’t get promoted every year. This company is good if you want to spend your last years before retired And if your boss is a Japanese, means your position is stuck. You won’t get to replaced the Japanese.
