      Pros

      Compressed work week with 12 hours shifts.

      Cons

      This company treats females as second class citizens. They also have a high level employee at the Hillsboro Oregon location that is a bully and if you don't do exactly as he expects, you will be fired. This was brought to the attention of the company attorney and highest level executive and yet nothing is done.

      Multi-cultural, safety and quality are top priorities, fast-paced, onsite test lab, weekly business status updates

      Typical pressure to succeed on first try, but they will provide additional resources if needed to help success. Small facility so limited advancement.

      Pros

      Person running the show has surrounded himself with a staff with which he gives complete trust. There is no trust between staff and middle management. People come and go every day.

      Cons

      You do not need to be a part of rumors and innuendo's used to manipulate the person running the show. and other staff members. Extraordinary abusive emotional, mental, physical and so on...ETC behaviors are very common on daily basis. You would be super micro managed and controlled at work and would take it home with you 24/7 effect.
