      Colleagues are generally nice and supportive people. Canteen food is good and cheap. Good performance bonus.

      Cons

      Misogynistic management. Dictatorship and run by a tyrant. Feels like a corporate mini version of North Korea. Many colleagues keep shouting but management is fine with it. As long as you get your work done, shouting is fine. Join at your own risk.

      Has organizational discipline issues, making real improvements in the company's ability to compete a daily battle. Being operated as a small company, there's little job mobility at this location, which results in the loss of the most driven individuals.
