Very, very old fashioned. Does not have MS teams for internal communication. Instead, uses whatsapp to send snapshots of ur comp screen. Hence unable to establish WFH, but this old fashioned company cant see their issue here. Yet, people still can be uncontactable/do not reply on text. Uses phoneline for every desk. Often witnessed engineering/production team having to OT till 8pm, sometimes 11pm. QA CS would be 8pm, meetings with clients are always past working hours. Depends on plant manager. He does not compromise or listen you out. Says he will retire soon but doesnt. Your 2x 15min teabreak is not respected by others at all. Its just an excuse for the company to make u work extra 30min each day unpaid. On the site: Shaky floor on lvl 2 that has not changed for many years. No/poor network within production site, and main office.
