Pros

Direct Communication with the Clients

Cons

Company needs to understand if an employee has spent more than 1 Year they have invested, at least deserve respect during exit. The Employee-care Group is so unprofessional, They create the system policies overnight focus on Anti-Employee policy and specifically retain employees who don't perform in their specific projects, but somehow survive by doing politics and spreading against colleagues, Irrespective of an employee has positive conduct, attitude, system choses the one who has spent more years instead of someone who is working Day and night for the company. HR doesn't maintain the integrity of Skip sessions, Also Female employees are not safe in specific departments. Management instead of investigating prefers to bury the complaint but retain the violator. In one of the recent Incidents Company didn’t even follow the Sexual harassment policy and no action against the person. Company has no respect for the Employees who choses work over health/personal life. NO APPRECIATION PROGRAM FROM LAST 18 MONTHS…Company only focus on fresher’s/less than 2 years. Leadership forces people to write good reviews about the company and specifically ask them to add on LinkedIn etc...

Pros

if you are interested to experience most worst

Cons

For seniors Firstly, talk to a friend who already contributed or someone who know about the place prior to jump , else go their wash rooms first and start your journey. you ‘ll start to think at least. My suggestion is don’t even think if you have a permeant job. One of the worst place. No use of talking about culture, Maslow's, even basic HR practices, satisfaction , zero job security etc… For middle range and juniors If your reporting manager is good , you ‘ll be OK but still you have to face for the common issues such as poor HR, facilities , benefits , poor culture etc. recommendation for the beginners : join and work for one year maximum if you don’t have any other solution
